North Korea is threatening a preemptive strike again today
and states that its intercontinental ballistic missiles and other missiles are
ready and on standby. According to
General Kang Pyo-yong, he has his soldiers positioned and prepared for war. In the newspaper, he is quoted as saying that
the “missiles are on standby position mounted with various nuclear warheads
that have been developed lighter and smaller.”
This information was announced to tens of thousands that were at a rally
in Pyongyang. The question is what will the
North do now? This appears to be a
heightened level of rhetoric out of the defiant nation.
