North Korea refused to talk with South Korea today. In attempt to reach out, the South tried to restart dialogue with their Northern cousins by helping resolve and discuss the rising tensions. The North has dismissed this proposal as another "crafty trick" by the South. There is still a heightened concern that North Korea will test fire a missile which can reach Guam or other military installations. Now we have to see what evil lurks inside the youngest Kim's deranged mind.
