Oh, those crazy North
Koreans are at it again. The North is
currently trying to use psychological tactics stating that South
Korea and the United States are jumping to conclusions about a potential
nuclear test. Keep in mind that in
a January 24 report, the North's National Defense Commission stated
that it would be carrying out a high-level nuclear test. Apparently there is confusion on the matter,
but it appears that most of it is coming from the North’s side.
