China has informed North Korea that they need to participate in nuclear talks again. This push for renewed talks is an encouraging sign that maybe with China on board North Korea will participate in a peaceful resolution and stop its nuclear proliferation programs. The North has a tendency to follow the road less traveled - so it's anyone's guess how they will proceed.
