North Korea will not prevail if US/South Korea remains united

South Korea's president informed Congress that as long as the bond between the United States and South Korea remains strong and unified that the North will not succeed in any of their plans.  She stated that although the North continues to make threats and bully the South; the South remains calm in their reactions.  However, the South continues to be ready by remaining at their highest level of preparedness.
